We customize classes to fit the client need, often incorporating materials from the student's everyday work environment as part of the training exercises. How Do We Do It?
Our training starts with an assessment to determine the features of an application you need to get the job done. We meet with managers, key employees, and training coordinators, to gather feedback and review goals.
We then present a curriculum, and provide an online pre-class assessment for each participant to ensure they have the prerequisite skills required to feel comfortable in class. Should a participant answer any of the assessment questions incorrectly, an online tutorial will instantly be available to them to review those specific topics.
Our instructor-led courses are taught by professional trainers that know how to keep the course interesting with their expertise, and know how to facilitate properly to ensure that participants have the opportunity to ask questions and share techniques. We feel that instructor led training offers the most optimum learning environment.
After the instructor led training, it’s important that participants review what they have learned. Our post-class assessment is made available to each participant. We recommend this follow-up occur within one-week of the instructor led training.
Once participants have completed the post-class assessment, they have earned the right to receive a certificate of completion. Participants can print their certificate at the end of the post-class assessment.
